Bauerfeind  Product Mis-Shipped Return Policy

Bauerfeind Returned Goods Policy for Products that were Mis-shipped

 

  • Every return must be pre-approved with a Returns Authorization (RA) number prior to the product being shipped to and accepted by Bauerfeind USA.  Request a Return Authorization Number from Vital Human.   Once you have your Return Authorization Number, you will be given directions to mail the product to Bauerfeind USA. Do not return any product to Vital Human, all returns sent to Vital Human will be refused and returned to you.
  • Bauerfeind USA will always take back product that was mis-shipped due to any number of reasons because of Bauerfeind personnel errors (such as shipping error or order entry error, etc.).      
       


    Bauerfeind  Defects Return Policy

    Bauerfeind Returned Goods Policy for Products with Suspected Manufacturer’s Defects or Compression Defaults

        In this case there will be no restocking/handling fee. 


Bauerfeind  Customer Remorse Policy

If the product is not mis-shipped or defective and you don't want an exchange, then your return is classified as customer remorse.

Bauerfeind Returned Goods Policy for Products Desired to be Exchanged by the Customer (other than shipping error or defect All customer remorse returns require a 20% restocking fee plus the actual cost of the initial freight included in the "free shipping" price. If you would like to return an item, a Return Authorization Number is Required. Your refund will be reduced by the 20% restock fee and original freight cost.Products must be unworn, in the original-like new packaging and contains all product brochures and is within 30 days of purchase.

 


Bauerfeind  Exchange Policy 

  • Criteria for pre-approval:
    • Product must have been purchased within the last thirty (30) days
    • Product must be in its original, undamaged packaging
    • Product must be unused/unworn
    • Product must be re-sellable without refurbishing
    • We will happily correct any mis-shipment at no additional cost to the customer.
    • Vital Human's Customer Service Department will provide return details and corrective action plan to get the customer the correct product.
      1. Criteria for pre-approval:
        1. Product Defect:  Product must have shipped from Bauerfeind or have been delivered to the end user within the last:
          1. Twelve (12) months for Orthopedic products
          2. Six (6) months for Insoles, Heel Cushions, GloboPed Relief Shoes
          3. Thirty (30) days for Phlebology products
        2. Compression Default for Phlebology product:  Product must have shipped from Bauerfeind or have been delivered to the end user within the last six (6) months
        3. If worn, product must be thoroughly laundered prior to being returned.
    • The Returns Authorization (RA) number must be clearly visible on the outside of the return packaging.
    • The approved return item must be received by Bauerfeind USA within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the RA number created for it.  After that time period, the RA# will be invalid and any product arriving at our facility will be refused.

  • If found to be defective, a credit will be issued to the customer by Bauerfeind USA.
  • If product is found not to be defective, it will be the customer’s choice to either have it shipped back to them at their costs or have it disposed of by Bauerfeind USA.

      1. Product must have purchased within the last:
        1. One hundred eighty (180) days for Orthopedic products
        2. One hundred eighty (180) days for Insoles, Heel Cushions, GloboPed Relief Shoes
        3. Thirty (30) days for Phlebology products
      2. Product must be in its original, un-damaged packaging
      3. Product must be unused/unworn
      4. Product must be re-sellable without refurbishing
      5. Product must be in the Bauerfeind Product Catalog at the time of the request for exchange.
  • Vital Humans' Customer Service Department will provide the return details and corrective action plan to exchange an item for a different item.
  • The Returns Authorization (RA) number must be clearly visible on the outside of the return packaging.
  • The approved return item must be received by Bauerfeind USA within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the RA number created for it.  After that time period, the RA# will be invalid and any product arriving at their facility will be refused.

There will be a twenty percent (20%) restocking/handling fee plus charged to the customer for this exchange.

  • Custom-made compression products are not eligible for exchange.  They may be returned under the auspices of mis-shipments or manufacturer’s defect policies, if applicable.

We are so confident in our product that you may return your product for any reason within 30 days for a full refund of the product price, less the actual cost of freight (included in the "free shipping" price shown on the website).  Simply call us at 316-253-0771 or email us and request a return authorization number.  Please provide your name and order number in your communication.  Once your return authorization number is created you will be provided with complete return instructions of where to send your product. Cost of the original and return shipping is the customers responsiblity.

You may exchange your item for a different item within 30 days of purchase as long as the returned item is in new, resaleable condition.  To exchange an item, please contact us (316-253-0771 or email us ) to request a return authoization number for the return, and place a new item order.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return item(s) and the new item(s).

    Pro-Ice  Warranty

All Pro-Ice Products have a One Year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. When used according to manufacturer’s directions, Pro Ice guarantees its products to be free from manufacturer's defects for one year from purchase date. Should the product be defective, simply return the product to Pro Ice along with the original sales receipt. Pro Ice will provide a replacement product at no cost to the customer. Failure to use the product according to manufacturer’s directions will void the warranty. Abuse, misuse, failure to follow directions or improper care also will void the warranty. This limited warranty covers only the product replacement and not any explicit or implied losses related to use or misuse of Pro Ice Cold Therapy Products and/or the product’s failure and use of such confirms consent. No other warranty or guarantee of product performance will be applied to Pro Ice Cold Therapy Products.
